Thank you for choosing KCET with HM. We strive to provide the best possible guidance and mentorship for KCET aspirants.
1. Digital Services & Final Sale
Because our services involve immediate digital access to proprietary counselling strategies, personalized data analysis, and direct mentorship booking slots, all sales are strictly final and non-refundable.
2. Cancellations
Once a payment is successfully processed and a counselling tier (Starter Pack, Smart Pack, or Pro Pack) is activated, it cannot be cancelled or downgraded. If you choose not to utilize the services or mentorship calls provided in your pack, no partial or full refunds will be issued.
3. Service Delivery & Responsibilities
We are responsible for providing the guidance, data, and support as outlined in your chosen package. However, option entry and actual choice filling on the KEA portal must be done strictly by the student/parents. We do not guarantee admission into any specific college, as seat allotment is ultimately determined by your KCET rank and the official KEA process.
